Scope of work - Responsible for handling salary and benefits administration;
- Required to maintain the employee database and a proper systematic filing system;
- To coordinate with China office HR team;
- Work with management team to map out training needs by individual, functional, and organization level to achieve improvement in company development;
- Other ad hoc assignment.
Requirement - Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR regulations required;
- Knowledge in PRC Employment Ordinance and other HR regulations will be an advantage;
- Familiar with MS Office, Chinese word processing and Quickbook usage is required;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
