 ATM Card

• Case 1 - First time application
  • apply for the card : ATM card - application form
    • card PIN will be issued automatically to corresponding address;
    • card needs to be collected in person;
  • authorize another person to collect card : ATM card collection authorization form
  • please send signed forms to your banker for processing;
  • please send signed authorization letter to authorized person;
• Case 2 - Non-delivery of applied card
  • apply for the card : ATM card - application form
    • please mark "non-dilvery of card" in Section A - Others;
    • card PIN will be issued automatically to corresponding address;
    • card needs to be collected in person;
  • authorize another person to collect card : ATM card collection authorization form
  • please send signed forms to your banker for processing;
  • please send signed authorization letter to authorized person;
• Case 3 - Apply for PIN only (already have ATM card)
  • apply for lost card PIN : ATM card - PIN enquiry
    • card PIN will be issued automatically to corresponding address;
  • please send signed forms to your banker for processing;

• Client can authorize us to collect the card.
  Pls just sign authorization form and send to us by mail or courier.
• Usually, the bank will keep the card for around 1 month.
  The card will be cancelled if not collected. Client may need to apply again when he is available to pick up.

 Online Banking forms

• Client can use the internet banking password and Security Device to register for Part 1 via Online Banking 1st time registration
• Part 1 internet banking is for balance enquiry and internal transfer only;
• For global money transfer, client needs to register for Part 2.
  Please download a form and sign : Business Internet Banking Service Enrolment Form(Part II) -Transaction Function
• Signature arrangement :
  • if you're sole director and sole internet banking user,
    please sign Section 5, 6 and 7;
  • if you're not director, but only internet banking user,
    please just sign Section 7;
  • please bring the form to any HSBC branch (overseas) or any international bank to have your signature witnessed;
  • after signature, please send back to us for processing;

• Delete old user
  • old user needs to cancel the online banking authority by this form:
    Business Internet Banking Service Amendment Request Form (Part II / Full Function)
  • this form needs to be signed by old user;
  • and no need banker to witness signature;
• Adding new user
  • new user needs to engage online banking service by this form:
    Business Internet Banking Service Enrolment Form (Full Functions)
  • this form needs to be signed by company director, and also the online banking user;
  • this form no need banker to witness signature;
• Receiving new online banking PIN and security device
  • HSBC will send letter to new user to invite collection of PIN and device in HK;
  • if client prefers to collect overseas, needs to give written request to HSBC and arrange;

• need to fill in additional form besides above : Online banking - PIN + Security Device - sending to overseas
• specify which country HSBC branch will new user visit to sign acknowledgement receipt
• HSBC will charge HKD$250 to send one PIN via courier to overseas and the second PIN + device directly to correspondence address via air-mail
• New user need to visit local HSBC branch along with passport to sign acknowledgement receipt
• Send the signed acknowledgement receipt to HK HSBC for processing.

 Change Corresponding Address

1. The form : Change of Address and/or Customer Information Instructions Form
2. Write new address in Page 2 - "Address" section;
3. Select "Corresponding Address" and also fill out the corresponding address section on Page 3;
4. Sign by authorized signature on Page 4;
5. Send back to address stated on Page 1;
