• Some of the virtual office services are not provided by our company;

• Please refer to service provider's updated information when you engage the service or when you're using the service;

• Our service fee is to help client to engage the services (HK$500). Client should deal with the service provider directly after initial setup (about future payment and future setup changes);

• In our Annual Register Address Parking, this is already provided for small volume of mail;
• Whenever we received mail, we'll send client email advice and wait for client instruction - to collect or to forward by courier;
• If you need to engage it seperately, the annual parking fee is HK$600;
• When we forward mail to you, we'll charge cost plus 20% as service fee (minimum fee applies).

• If client expect a large volume of mail or visit of your customer / client, this may not be suitable. Pls advise and discuss if necessary.
