BVI Company Setup Procedure
Client can make a selection between "Tailor Made Company" and "Ready Made Company".
BVI Tailor Made Company
STEP 1
Please provide below informations for company incorporation :
- At least 3 intended company names in order of preference;
- At least 1 Shareholder and 1 Director (can be same person).
STEP 2
After we confirm that the company names can be used. We will send incorporation documents to you by email. And then please arrange to :
- Pass the signed documents back to us for processing (usually, sending by fax is sufficient);
- 50% fee as down payment and advice us payment details.
STEP 3
Once the Certificate of Incorporation is available, we will send you a copy by email and you can use the company to enter into business transaction.
- An then, please arrange to settle all service balance payment and advice us payment details.
When the whole set of company kit and processed documents are available. We will arrange to deliver completed company registration material to you.
REMARK
- Whole process need about 10 working days;
- International courier fee is not included yet in the standard service fee;
- We will remind you to renew the company licence each year. Therefore, keeping corresponding method update with us is important.
BVI Ready Made Company (Shelf Company)
STEP 1
Provide us informations for company incorporation :
- Choose preferred companies from [ BVI Ready Made (Shelf) Company List ];
- At least 1 Shareholder and 1 Director (can be same person);
- Full payment is required.
STEP 2
When payment confirmed and Certificate of Incorporation is available. You can use the company to enter into business transaction.
And then, We will send documents to you for signature. Plaese arrange to :
- Pass the signed documents back to us for processing (usually sending by fax is sufficient).
STEP 3
We will arrange to deliver completed company registration material to you.
REMARK
- Whole process need about 3 working days;
