Assistant Administrative Officer (Ref. ADM1605131010)


  •   Handle Clients’ mail, courier and green box, scan file to our system and clients;
  •   Inform Clients and handle delivery arrangement, ensure invoice to be billed;
  •   Handle company chops, internal mail and courier;
  •   Assist in backup receptionist services;
  •   Assist in ad-hoc projects and other administrative functions as require.


  •   F.5 graduate or above with at least 1 year related working experience;
  •   Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset;
  •   Mature, presentable, cheerful, pro-active team player and well-organized;
  •   Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  •   Proficiency in MS application including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
